1) Who we are
We distribute mutual funds under ARN-331588 as an AMFI-registered distributor of regular plans. We may receive commissions from AMCs within the regulatory framework; ranges are disclosed at onboarding.
We facilitate products and services through licensed third parties where required: SEBI-registered PMS providers, IRDAI-licensed insurers and expert partners, independent CA firms and lawyers, and vetted software vendors.
We provide informational support for Shariah, Jain, BRI and Dharma-aligned investing. We do not issue religious certifications; clients should consult independent faith experts.
2) What we do by service
Mutual Funds: Distribution of regular plans across equity, debt, hybrid, index and international categories, with SIP/STP/SWP set-up, reporting and portfolio hygiene. No client service fee for MF execution.
PMS Offerings: We act as a sub-distributor for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) offered by SEBI-registered managers, where the minimum investment is as per SEBI regulations (currently ₹50 lakh). Our role is limited to facilitating access by providing shortlists, comparisons, and consolidated tracking of PMS investments, while execution, custody, and portfolio management remain the responsibility of the respective SEBI-registered PMS provider. We may receive distribution or referral remuneration from the PMS provider or its principal distributor within the regulatory framework; remuneration ranges are disclosed at onboarding, and the exact amount will be shared on request.
Insurance (via partners): Facilitation through IRDAI-licensed experts/insurers; claims support is provided by partners. We are not the insurer.
NRI Services (paid coordination): KYC/NRE/NRO/PIS, repatriation (including Form 15CA/CB coordination), MF/PMS onboarding, ITR liaison and paperwork with banks/registrars. MF execution in regular plans has no service fee; other items may be chargeable depending on scope and third-party tariffs. GST applies to our fees.
ITR Services (paid): Simple returns via our trained team; complex returns via independent CA firms in Mumbai, Delhi, Patna and Bengaluru. We are not a practising CA firm.
Estate Planning (facilitation): Coordination with qualified lawyers/Tax professionals for wills, trusts and succession structures. We do not draft legal documents ourselves.
Charity Support: We highlight credible NGOs; donations are made directly to NGOs. We do not charge for this service.
Wealth Tracking Services (paid): Read-only tracking, documentation, reminders and local coordination; software licences and third-party costs at actuals. We do not take PoA or move money.
Paid-Only Execution: Execution strictly on written instructions from a SEBI-registered RIA (or RIA report). We do not provide advice. Fees per engagement; third-party/platform charges at actuals.
3) Fees and charging
MF regular plans: no client service fee for execution; AMC commissions may apply and are disclosed.
PMS/Insurance facilitation: typically remunerated by provider commissions (disclosed).
Direct routes: if you use our information and then execute on your own via MF direct plans, direct-to-PMS or direct-to-insurer, an information-curation service fee applies, plus GST or other applicable taxes.
Other paid work: NRE/NRO/KYC normalisation, PIS set-up, repatriation files, ITR coordination, attestations, notarisation, bank/DP work, courier and follow-ups. Charges depend on scope and third-party tariffs. A written quote (our fee) and estimated third-party costs are provided before work begins. GST applies at the prevailing rate.
4) Communications, data and privacy
We may contact you by email/phone/SMS/messaging to service your request. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
We use audit trails and aim to minimise data. Email and online uploads carry risks (delay, interception, loss). By using these channels, you accept these risks.
5) Third-party independence
Banks, AMCs, PMS managers, insurers, registrars, exchanges, CAs, lawyers, custodians, NGOs and software providers are independent of us. We disclose material relationships and remuneration where relevant.
