Know what you own, and where it sits
A calm, consolidated view of your family’s money: simple dashboards, tidy documents, timely reminders.
What is the service?
A structured wealth-tracking and documentation programme for families. We set
up a consolidated view of assets and liabilities, organise proofs and policies, and
keep records up to date. You stay in control: we provide read-only tracking and
local coordination, not execution or advice.
This is a paid service and is billed separately. Software licences and third-party
costs (if any) are charged at actuals.
How do we add value?
- Single net-worth view: Mutual funds, equities, bonds, real estate, insurance, loans — tracked in one dashboard.
- KYC & nominee audit: Find gaps, flag errors, prepare corrective checklists.
- Reminders that matter: Maturities, SIP/SWP dates, policy renewals, medicals, locker renewals.
- Succession readiness kit: A clear “in case of emergency” pack for the family, with access rules you control.
- Clean reports: Quarterly snapshots and year-end packs ready for ITR and auditors.

FAQs
Is this an advisory or portfolio management service?
No. This is informational tracking and coordination. We are not Investment Advisers under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and we do not provide investment advice or manage money.
How is my data kept secure?
We use read-only data where possible, avoid storing passwords, and keep audit trails. You choose who in the family sees what. If you prefer, we can run the whole programme on your own storage.
Will you help fix KYC and nomination issues?
Yes. We prepare the checklist. Any third-party fees (bank/registrar/notary/courier) are separate.
How many family members are covered?
We scope for an immediate family by default. Larger groups, HUFs, trusts, or holding companies can be added to the mandate.
What happens in an emergency?
We set up a succession readiness kit with your nominated contacts and access rules. Activation follows your written instructions.
Can this feed into my ITR filing?
Yes. Your year-end pack includes statements and summaries. If you want filing support, our ITR service is available as a paid add-on.
Do you track real estate and jewellery?
Yes, as part of the net-worth view. We rely on your valuations and documents; we do not appraise assets.
